The Selling Process

  • Complete the Form below

  • Add image/s of your item. Try to show where there is wear and tear if any, in order to get an accurate assessment from JUJAMI.

  • Add images of authenticating documentation such as original invoice or credit card receipt

  • JUJAMI will contact you within 48 working hours with an estimated selling price and provisional sales contract. Note: this is not the final sales price. The ultimate sales price will be communicated after JUJAMI has physically assessed and authenticated the merchandise.

  • Courier the merchandise to JUJAMI’s showroom. Make sure to include all of the following items: Original sales invoice and/or, credit card receipt for purchase, dustcover and original packaging.

  • JUJAMI will begin immediate advertisement of your item. Once the item has been sold, you will receive your cash, less a 30% sales commission within 21 days of receipt of payment. 

  • It’s as SIMPLE as that.

Our Guarantee

  • JUJAMI uses its best endeavours to authenticate all Merchandise supplied by the Clients.

  • JUJAMI utilizes in-house expertise but also obtains external verification where necessary

  • The authentication processes followed are undertaken by JUJAMI for the purposes of ensuring that the Merchandise is consistent with the Merchandises’ Brand Standards to give the Client comfort of authenticity.

  • The following checks are made to verify that Merchandise is consistent with the Merchandises’ Brand Standards:

    • Fabric – the surface and the outer layer

    • Lining –interior fabric or material

    • Logo/Hardware – material, lettering, font and covering

    • Zip/Closure – including latch, magnetic button or flaps

    • Date Codes/Stamps/Bar Codes – brand manufacturing country and codes

    • Dust Bags/ Product Cards

  • Where possible, JUJAMI will provide the Client with the original dustcovers, packaging and paperwork belonging to the Merchandise purchased

  • If Merchandise sold to a Buyer proves to be a counterfeit or inauthentic, the Client may return the Merchandise to JUJAMI within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of delivery of the merchandise to the Client. 

  • Returns will not be accepted if

    • the Merchandise has any damage whatsoever due to misuse or wear and tear by the client; or

    • the Merchandise has been tampered with or has missing security tags; or

    • the Merchandise is returned without all the original packaging, boxes, dustcovers, and accessories that were included when the Merchandise was purchased.

  • JUJAMI advises clients to familiarise themselves with its Terms and Conditions for further clarification
