Payment Options

We are delighted to offer you convenient and secure payment options for your purchases. Therefore, we provide four reliable payment methods to suit your preferences:

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT);
• Credit Card;
• Reservation Facility;
• Float Finance

1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):

Simplify your payment process with our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) option. With this method, you can conveniently transfer funds directly from your bank account to ours.

Merchandise will be released once funds reflect in the account.

2. Credit Card:

Jujami accepts most major credit cards to provide you with a seamless payment experience. You can securely enter your card details on our payment page. Our encrypted system guarantees the protection of your sensitive information, ensuring a worry-free transaction.

3. Reservation Facility

JUJAMI offers a reservation facility where the Client is given an opportunity to reserve an item for a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days. (“Reservation Facility”)

By making use of the Reservation Facility the Buyer agrees to make an immediate 50% down payment/ deposit of the full value of the purchase price. The Buyer then has 60 (sixty) days in which they can settle the balance of the purchase price in full.

Orders that are not fully settled within the 60 day reservation period are considered ‘lapsed’ and are subject to a 15% Administration & Cancellation Fee of the total purchase price. To be clear, in the event of a reservation lapsing, 15% of the total purchase price is non-refundable.

Once Jujami has been settled in full, the client will receive his/ her purchases.

4. Float Finance

JUJAMI offers a payment facility where the Buyer is given an opportunity buy their item NOW but to pay for their item, in up to 4 interest-free monthly instalments. Items purchased are available to be taken home by the Buyer immediately.

This payment method utilises buyers’ own credit card facility. This means buyers use the available limit on their credit card at the time of purchase. There are no additional fees and no additional interest charges.

Float works with any Visa or Mastercard credit card

Float purchases are limited to a maximum of R100,000. For item(s) exceeding R100,000, the Float option is not available currently.

Float purchases are limited to in-store purchases and are not available online.

Please note that all transactions are processed in local South African currency (ZAR).
